CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the October 26, 2005, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were added to the agenda: <br /> <br />Approval of October 24, 2005 City Council Special Meeting Minutes. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda: Add City of Centerville October 13, 2005 through October 26, 2005 <br />Claims (Page 14 & 14a); City Administrator’s Attendance of the League of Minnesota <br />Cities Annual Conference (December 1,2 & 3, 2005) - $300 (Page 27a-27c). <br /> <br />New Business: Ordinance #6 & Ordinance #6-A (Nuisance & Nuisance <br />Abatement/Ordinance #39 (Signage) – Enforcement (Page 32a-32r); Evaluate Traffic <br />Speeds on Mill road <br /> <br />Old Business: Approval of Settlement Agreement (Page 38a-38d); Economic <br />Development Committee (EDC) – Request for Disbanding and Turning Over Duties to <br />Council (Page 38e). <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
