Love called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />1. Roll Call <br />IL PUBLIC HEARING <br />None <br />III. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Update on the Mortenson Project <br />City Administrator Larson stated that Mortenson has a revision to their initial project plan. Instead of <br />the middle building on the site being Phase 1, the left building's remodeling will be Phase 1. An <br />addition will then be added to the left building (6,400 square feet) as Phase 2. This would be a benefit to <br />the City, since the original plan was for the left building to be 3-sided, and it will now be enclosed. <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed the background of this project for Commissioner Lange and <br />Commissioner Wekseth. <br />City Administrator Larson stated that Mortenson will come in with a building permit in February 2009. <br />He added that he will request that Mortenson provide a revised screening plan, details on their <br />construction plan, and ask for a plan for the parking layout. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
