<br />Pursuant to due call <br />City of Centerville <br />September 23, 1992 <br />meeting to order at <br />Pelton, Wilharber. <br /> <br />and notice <br />held their <br />at the City <br />7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />thereof the City Council of the <br />regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />Hall. Mayor Buckbee called the <br />Present: Burgstahler, Dario, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to table the following <br />meeting minutes: <br /> September 2, 1992, <br /> September 9, 1992, <br /> September 10, 1992 <br /> September 16, 1992 <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Walter Neumann. Centerville Police Liaison <br />Walter Neumann, Centerville Police Liaison, appeared before the <br />City Council to update the City on Police business. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton noted that the Circle Pines/Lexington <br />Police Department budget received by the City of Centerville was <br />very informative. She also noted that the calls to the <br />Waterworks Bar appeared to be decreasing. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Acorn Creek <br />Council member Pelton noted that the Park and Recreation <br />Committee met to discuss the location and size of park associated <br />with the Acorn Creek Development. Those recommendations are as <br />follows: <br />1. Can Gerry work out a deal with Moore's for the back 5 <br />acres of his land and the land his son lives on (total <br />10 acres) for a reasonable price (fair market value) to <br />be purchased by *see #2. <br /> <br />We the Park and Recreation Committee need to be <br />informed of prices, etc. <br /> <br />2. Grading of Moore property park should coincide with <br />grading of Acorn Creek Development. <br /> <br />3. Please contact Neil Reisdorfer as a go-between. <br /> <br />3.5 We would like pedestrian easement from the park to Mill <br />Road through cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />4. If this isn't feasible, we need to be informed, <br />possible land bank may be an option. <br />
