Pursuant to due call City of Centerville September 23, 1992 meeting to order at Pelton, Wilharber. and notice held their at the City 7:05 p.m. thereof the City Council of the regular meeting on Wednesday, Hall. Mayor Buckbee called the Present: Burgstahler, Dario, MINUTES Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to table the following meeting minutes: September 2, 1992, September 9, 1992, September 10, 1992 September 16, 1992 motion carried unanimously. APPEARANCES Walter Neumann. Centerville Police Liaison Walter Neumann, Centerville Police Liaison, appeared before the City Council to update the City on Police business. Council member Pelton noted that the Circle Pines/Lexington Police Department budget received by the City of Centerville was very informative. She also noted that the calls to the Waterworks Bar appeared to be decreasing. OLD BUSINESS Acorn Creek Council member Pelton noted that the Park and Recreation Committee met to discuss the location and size of park associated with the Acorn Creek Development. Those recommendations are as follows: 1. Can Gerry work out a deal with Moore's for the back 5 acres of his land and the land his son lives on (total 10 acres) for a reasonable price (fair market value) to be purchased by *see #2. We the Park and Recreation Committee need to be informed of prices, etc. 2. Grading of Moore property park should coincide with grading of Acorn Creek Development. 3. Please contact Neil Reisdorfer as a go-between. 3.5 We would like pedestrian easement from the park to Mill Road through cul-de-sac. 4. If this isn't feasible, we need to be informed, possible land bank may be an option.
