City Council Meeting Minutes September 23, 1992 page five Clerk/Administrator Position Update Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to direct Mayor Buckbee to negotiate a salary and benefit package with Larry Kruse, candidate from Red Lake Falls, with approvals of salary and packages by the Employee Review Board, motion carried unanimously. Ordinance #33-B Flood Plain Draft Amendment to Section 2.3 Regulatory Flood Protection Elevations Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to adopt an amendment to Ordinance #33-B Flood Plain which would decrease the restriction of building elevation for commercial and industrial buildings within the flood plain from two feet to one foot above the regulatory flood plain, motion carried unanimously. A copy of this amendment is attached to and made a part of these minutes. NEW BUSINESS Tem?orary Clerk/Extension through October/Pay Adiustment Motion by Pelton, second by Buckbee to approve an extension of employment for the temporary part time clerical clerk through October, 1992; to approve an adjustment in salary for the temporary part time clerk from $6.50 per hour to $7.00 per hour retroactive to September 1, 1992, motion carried unanimously. Abatement of Assessment to be reapQlied to Approoriate Property/1990 Municipal Water Extension Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to adopt a Resolution to abate an assessment in the amount of $14,207.73 from: THAT PART OF LOT 2 REV AUD SUB NO 48 LYG WLY OF NLY EXTN OF C/L OF 4TH ST, AS PLATTED IN CENTERVILLE (AKA CENTERVILLE RD); SUBJ TO EASE OF REC PIN NO. 23-31-22-22-0001 to be reapplied to: NW 1/4 OF NW 1/4; OF SEC 24 T31 R22 EX THAT PRT DESC AS FOL: COM AT NW COR OF SD 1/4, 1/4, TH S ON W LINE THEREOF 766 FT TO POB, THE E & PRLL/W N LINE OF SD 1/4, 1/4 260 FT, TH S & PRLL WITH SD W LINE 167.54 FT, TH W & PRLL/W SD N LINE 260 FT TO SD W LINE, TH N ON SD W LINE TO POB; EX RED; SUBJ TO EASE OF REC PIN NO. 24-31-22-22-0001 motion carried unanimously.
