Third Addition <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Buckbee that per the <br />recommendation of the City Engineer partial pay estimate number <br />two to Ro-So Contracting, Inc., for the Center Hills, Third <br />Addition, in the amount $89,057.80 minus $11,247.52 retainage for <br />a total disbursement in the amount of $77,810.28, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />A copy of the partial pay estimate is on file with the <br />Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Center Oaks Ditch Partial Pay Estimate Number Two <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to approve partial pay <br />estimate number two Jim Stevens Construction in the amount of <br />$8,278.50 minus $119.25 being retainage for a total disbursement <br />of $8,159.25; is was noted that Council Ditch Liaison Wilharber <br />that a couple of spots remaining lower in the ditch, but other <br />than that it looks pretty good, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Municioal Building <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Burgstahler to approve the request of <br />Anoka County Highway Department to grant a request street right- <br />of-way in the northeast corner of the municipal building site <br />contingent upon Anoka County paying for the legal description and <br />recording of the right-of-way, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />1657 Peltier Lake Drive/Water Damage <br />Richard Thompson, 1657 Peltier Lake Drive, appeared before the <br />City Council expressing concern that the property owner to his <br />east has filled in a drainage area. <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Buckbee to direct City Staff to write <br />a letter to the property owner who filled in the drainage <br />easement to remove said fill by October 10, 1992 and restore the <br />land with fibrous blanket or sod by October 17, 1992, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />~ <br />
