<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held a special budget meeting on Thursday, <br />September 10, 1992 at the City Hall. The purpose of the special <br />budget meeting was to discuss certification of 1993 levy to the <br />Anoka County Property Tax Division. Mayor Buckbee called the <br />meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present: Burgstahler, Dario, <br />Pelton, Wilharber. <br /> <br />The Clerk/Administrator briefly summarized the proposed budget to <br />assist the City Council in making the determination of the 1993 <br />Tax Levy Certification. It was pointed out that the budget <br />approval would be determined later in the year when the public <br />hearings would be held. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton left the meeting at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Buckbee to certify <br />to Anoka County in the amount $172,600.00; this <br />estimates a 0.0% increase in City taxes the <br />Centerville, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />the 1993 levy <br />proposed levy <br />residents of <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Dario to authorize the <br />Clerk/Administrator to set the dates for the required budget <br />public hearings as can be arranged with various Council members, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />A copy of the proposed budget and proposed certification <br />determination are attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />by Wilharber to adjourn the meeting, <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:48 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Tamara M.
