Mayor Buckbee called the <br />p.m. Present: Burgstahler, Dario, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Pelton to approve the July 22, 1992 <br />City Council meeting minutes with the following corrections: <br />Now Reads: <br /> <br />Amend to Read: <br /> <br />AYE - Buckbee; AYE - Pelton; AYE Burgstahler; <br />Dario; ABSTAIN - Wilharber, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to approve the August 12, <br />1992 meeting minutes, AYE - Buckbee; AYE Wilharber; AYE- <br />Dario; ABSTAIN - Pelton; ABSTAIN - Burgstahler, motion carried. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN- <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to approve the August <br />26, 1992 meeting minutes with the following correction: <br />Page Six, Paragraph Six <br />Now Reads: ", ..The reasoning being is that the piping <br />would follow along the creek area. Also in <br />order to issue a permit the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District would require a grading <br />plan of the entire development." <br />AYE - Buckbee; AYE - Burgstahler; AYE - Wilharber; ABSTAIN- <br />Dario; ABSTAIN - Pelton, motion carried. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Walter Neumann, Centerville Police Liaison <br />Walter Neumann, Centerville Police Liaison, was present at the <br />meeting to thank the City Council for their vote of confidence <br />and asked them to come to him with their police concerns. <br /> <br />Randy Haeertv, Centerville Recycling Coordinator <br />Randy Hagerty, Centerville Recycling Coordinator, appeared before <br />the City Council to present to the City Council an award of a <br />Certificate of Appreciation from the Anoka County Commissioners <br />for surpassing the recycling tonnage expectations, He advised <br />that only a few cities in Anoka County surpassed the expectations <br />as high as Centerville. <br />
