However, they would like the snow storage to be in <br />an area west of the paved area. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to table the request of <br />the St. Genevieve's Church to have snow storage in the area west <br />of the paved parking lot versus in the parking lot street right- <br />of-way until the issue can be reviewed by the Public Works <br />Department, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Fete des Lacs <br />Mayor Buckbee noted that <br />filed by the City of <br />Midway, Inc. <br /> <br />a Small Claims Court <br />Centerville against <br /> <br />request has been <br />Minnesota's Magic <br /> <br />Lake Sanitation <br />It was noted the stickers sent out by Lake Sanitation stated a <br />weight rate versus a volume rate and this was not in the original <br />agreement with the City of Centerville. It is requested that <br />Lake Sanitation clarify this to the City Council and to the <br />customers. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Burgstahler to approve the following <br />Consent Agenda Items: <br />A Community Development Block Grant Addendum Number Two <br />to the Joint Coo~eration A2reement <br />Declaring the 4M Fund as the official deoository in <br />addition to First Star Bank <br />- A Resolution Supportin~ the Anoka County Designation of <br />Minor Aerial <br />Release of Sod and Bermin~ Escrow on the Center Hills <br />First Addition <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Fishin2 Pier <br />Council member Wilharber noted the Department of Natural <br />Resources has allocated funds for construction of a fishing pier <br />on Peltier Lake and suggested sending thank you's to all persons <br />who were involved in initiating this project.
