<br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 2. 1992 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />subject to a written agreement with the Developer of <br />the proposed Acorn Creek Development and the Center <br />Hills, Third Addition Development that any extra costs <br />associated with the process for plans and <br />specifications before appropriate permits are approved <br />are the responsibility of the Developer; <br />and no construction shall take place until a Rice Creek <br />Watershed District permit for the sewer lines has been <br />approved; <br />that the plans and specifications for the sewer and <br />water utility on the proposed Acorn Creek Development <br />shall follow the configuration of 73 1/2 Street as <br />proposed at previous meetings from the Developer; <br />and upon receipt of appropriate easements and right-of- <br />ways be granted to the City of Centerville for the <br />improvement, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />A copy of the sketch plans of the proposed alignment are attached <br />to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Burgstahler to adjourn the <br />meeting, motion carried unanimously.
