She advised that the Commission would <br />like to hear from the people to see if they would like to incur <br />the expense.to go further in the process. <br /> <br />St. Genevieve Church - Parkin2 Lot <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to approve the construction of <br />the St. Genevieve parking lot within the City's street right-of- <br />ways, contingent upon receipt of a waiver of liability of <br />responsibility for the City and reserving the right of the City <br />of Centerville for snow storage within the right-of-way areas; <br />City Staff is direct to write a letter to the Church <br />representatives expressing disappoint in the construction of the <br />parking lot in the right-of-way areas prior to consideration by <br />the City Council, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Pelton to approve the following <br />Consent Agenda Items: <br />Approval of a 3.2 Beer Permit for the St. Genevieve's <br />Church <br />For the annual picnic and chicken dinner on August 16, <br />1992. Also approval to block off Goiffon Road between <br />Main Street and Sorel Street for annual picnic and <br />chicken dinner on August 16, 1992. <br />AQProval of a Centerville Lions Club for 3.2 Beer <br />Permit <br />For the Fete des Lacs on July 31, August 1 and 2, 1992. <br />The Rescindin2 of all Temporarv 3.2 Beer Permits <br />For the Waterworks ball field and refund to Mr. DeFoe <br />for permits not used. <br />To Approve an Interim A2reement with the <br />Clerk/Administrator <br />Because it appears that a new Clerk/Administrator will <br />not be appointed and serving until September, Tamara M. <br />Miltz-Miller the current Clerk/Administrator shall <br />continue service with the City of Centerville until the <br />City is comfortable with the new Clerk/Administrator <br />being on their own. The Clerk/Administrator hours <br />shall be left up to the discretion of the <br />Clerk/Administrator during this interim period. <br />Projects will continue to move, however it is <br />understood that the Clerk/Administrator will be <br />spending less time at City Hall during regular hours. <br />Appointment of the followin2 Election Jud2es <br />Judy Almendinger, Rosemary Barett, Shirely Drewlo, <br />Joyce Dupre, Marilyn Erkenbrack, Joan LaMotte, Mary <br />Jane Lang and Mary Ann Thill. <br />
