St. Genevieve Church - Parkin2 Lot Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to approve the construction of the St. Genevieve parking lot within the City's street right-of- ways, contingent upon receipt of a waiver of liability of responsibility for the City and reserving the right of the City of Centerville for snow storage within the right-of-way areas; City Staff is direct to write a letter to the Church representatives expressing disappoint in the construction of the parking lot in the right-of-way areas prior to consideration by the City Council, motion carried unanimously. CONSENT AGENDA Motion by Dario, second by Pelton to approve the following Consent Agenda Items: Approval of a 3.2 Beer Permit for the St. Genevieve's Church For the annual picnic and chicken dinner on August 16, 1992. Also approval to block off Goiffon Road between Main Street and Sorel Street for annual picnic and chicken dinner on August 16, 1992. AQProval of a Centerville Lions Club for 3.2 Beer Permit For the Fete des Lacs on July 31, August 1 and 2, 1992. The Rescindin2 of all Temporarv 3.2 Beer Permits For the Waterworks ball field and refund to Mr. DeFoe for permits not used. To Approve an Interim A2reement with the Clerk/Administrator Because it appears that a new Clerk/Administrator will not be appointed and serving until September, Tamara M. Miltz-Miller the current Clerk/Administrator shall continue service with the City of Centerville until the City is comfortable with the new Clerk/Administrator being on their own. The Clerk/Administrator hours shall be left up to the discretion of the Clerk/Administrator during this interim period. Projects will continue to move, however it is understood that the Clerk/Administrator will be spending less time at City Hall during regular hours.
