He noted that maybe some of the complaints occur because the doors on the bar are open. He doesn't know what direction the complaints are coming from, thus he is not sure on how to address it. He would like to work things out and get along with the public. The Clerk/Administrator suggested that the noise appoint a representative to with Rich DeFoe, a City Council Liaison the police department to try to resolve each street effected by serve on a sub-committee and a representative from and identify concerns. Motion by Pelton, second by Dario to initiate a Waterworks Sub- Committee with a representative from each street as listed below: Main Street; LaMotte Drivej LaValle Drivej Mound Trail; Peltier Lake Drivej with Council member Dario and a representative of the Police Department and Rich DeFoe, motion carried unanimously. City Hall ODen House Motion by Pelton, second by Dario to authorize City Staff to announce a City Hall Open House to be held on Saturday, August 1st during the Fete des Lacs from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.; the City Staff shall purchase coffee and cookies for the event, motion carried unanimously. 1987 Street Reconstruction Assessment of Non-Petitioners The Clerk/Administrator advised that there appears to be sixty- seven non-petitioners. It also appears three of the non- petitioners will not be completing the petition for re- assessment. Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to declare adequacy of completed petitions for reassessment of the non litigants of the 1987 Street Reconstruction improvement and to order preparation of re-assessment for the non litigants who have completed petitions for re-assessment; City Staff is directed to set an assessment hearing date, AYE - Buckbeej AYE - Darioj NAY- Pelton, motion carried. Consolidation Council member Pelton advised that a public hearing date has been set for August 20, 1992 for the consolidation. She advised that the Commission would present an analysis of the Stipulations of the Metropolitan Council and the individual cities.
