<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />June 24, 1992 <br />page seven <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Dario that in event the <br />foregoing motion is deemed unacceptable by the City Attorney the <br />City Council adopts a Resolution to order a report by Maier, <br />Stewart and Associates and directs staff to prepare appropriate <br />notices for an improvement hearing for the municipal building <br />water extension, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Burgstahler to acknowledge receipt of <br />the Plans and Specification for the Center Hills, Third Addition, <br />the municipal building water extension and value work for the <br />municipal tower and direct appropriate staff to advertise for <br />bids for said project and set a bid date of July 17, 1992, 10:00 <br />a.m., motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Buckbee to approve a Development <br />Agreement for the Center Hills, Third Addition, contingent upon: <br />Rice Creek Water Shed Permit; <br />Final Plat being approved as acceptable by the City <br />Council and <br />Receipt of the appropriate escrows and fees for the <br />development, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />It appeared to be the consensus of the City Council to table <br />discussion of the final plat of the Center Hills, Third Addition, <br />at this time. <br /> <br />Lot 1. Block 3 Peterson's Old Homestead Addition- <br />Drainaqe/Gradina <br />Council member Pelton advised that the drainage/grading <br />correction provided by Howard Bohanon, Builder, on Lot 1, Block 3 <br />Peterson's Old Homestead Addition, does not appear to be draining <br />properly on the property to the east. She advised that the area <br />does minimally meet drainage requirements, but is not the best <br />situation. <br /> <br />Vi Burston, 7164 Mill Road, mother of the owner of Lot 1, Block 3 <br />Peterson's Old Homestead Addition, was present at the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to direct City Staff to <br />notify Howard Bohanon, Builder, in writing that the City is not <br />happy with the project and that the City shall utilize the escrow <br />monies submitted by Mr. Bohanon to improve the drainage/grading <br />in the area, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Sump Pumo Ordinance <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to table discussion of the <br />Sump Pump Ordinance, motion carried unanimously. <br />
