RO-SO CONSTRUCTION - ESTIMATE NUMBER FIVE. Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler introduced a request from Maier, Stewart and Associates to approve Payment Estimate #5 for Ro-So Construction in the amount of $22,282.38. for Center Hills, Third Addition. Motion was made by Council member Burgstahler to approve Payment Estimate Number Five for Ro-So Construction in the amount of $22,282.38. Motion was seconded by Council member Wilharber and, upon vote, unanimously approved. STAR OF THE NORTH SUMMER GAMES. Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler indicated he received a late request from Centennial Schools Superintendent, John McCellan, requesting the City of Centerville~s participation in the Star of the North Sunmler Games. Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler indicated that the Star of the North Summer Games will be sponsored by the Minnesota Alnateur Sports Commission and will take place in the north suburban area on June 24th through the 27th, 1993. The event is expected to bring nearly 10,000 participants into the north suburban area. Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler further indicated that the City of Centerville~s participation will be limited to promotion and volunteer recruitment. However, the bicycling road race circuit may pass through Centerville. Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler further indicate that there is no monetary commitment. Motion was made by Council member Pelton to approve the City of Centerville~s participation in the Star of the North Summer Games. Motion was seconded by Tom Wilharber and, upon vote, unanimously approved. JIM STEVENS CONSTRUCTION - DIRT PILES. Council member Burgstahler requested the City staff to write a letter to Jim Stevens Construction requesting the removal of the dirt piles from along Clearwater Creek by January 12, 1993 and, if the dirt is not removed by that time,the item be placed on the January 13, 1993 agenda. 8.1 PAYMENT OF CLAIMS PAYMENT OF CLAIMS CITY OF CENTERVILLE.
