No action was taken on this item. 6.4 JIM STEVENS CONSTRUCTION - DITCH CLEANING PARTIAL PAYMENT #3. Motion by Council member Wilharber to approve the Ditch Cleaning Partial Payment Number Three for Jim Stevens Construction in the amount of $2,758.50. Motion was seconded by Council member Pelton and upon vote, unanimously approved. Council member Wilharber requested staff to make sure the dirt is cleaned out of the ditch adjacent to the newly constructed house on Center Street and that the City Engineer check the street at the location where the dump truck over-turned. 6.5 WEATHER ENCLOSURE - JOHN DEERE TRACTOR. Motion was made by Council member Wilharber to purchase a weather enclosure for the John Deere tractor as reasonable as possible in the amount not to exceed $965.00. Motion was seconded by Council member Dario and, upon vote, unanimously approved. 6.6 CONSENT AGENDA Council member Burgstahler stated that, since Item B requires Council action to indicate where the transfer of funds would go, it should be removed from the Consent Agenda and acted upon separately. Motion was made by Council member Burgstahler to transfer the funds from Fund 81-1 Sewer and Fund 88 Water to the general fund. Motion was seconded by Council member Wilharber and upon vote, unanimously approved. CONSENT AGENDAS ITEMS A - ANORA COUNTY BOARD OF REVIEW - SCHEDULE SPECIAL MEETING APRIL 12, 1992 AND ITEM C.
