AMEND TO READ: - Overtime hours will be - Full time staff week, - Part time staff on calculated as follows: on the basis of 40 hours per the basis of 8 hours per day. Section 5.07: NOW READS: _ Administrative employees shall be paid monthly the last day of each month. Public Works employees shall be paid the day after the first City Council of each month. When a payday falls on a holiday, employees shall receive their pay the preceding work day. Every permanent employee employed for one (1) year or more shall earn vacation pay based upon Calculation A: the average number of hours worked per week in the preceding calendar year (earned vacation hours), multiplied by the current hourly wage, not to exceed forty (40) hours per week. Permanent part time employees. Employees who currently average over 15 hours per week and have been employed with the City in for five years or more, shall receive monetary compensation which is double that of Calculation A. Full time employee. Employees who have been employed with the City for five years or more, shall receive compensation (monetary or paid time off as appropriate) which is double that of Calculation A.
