(612) 429-3232 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION '92-XX <br />RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IHPROVBMBNT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted April <br />22, 1992, report has been prepared by Maier, Stewart and <br />Associates with reference to the street and sidewalk improvement <br />of Progress Road north of Main Street to Westview Street and <br />Westview Street west from Progress Road to Centerville Road, and <br />this report was recieved by the City Council on May 13, 1992, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Council will consider the improvement of such street <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated <br />total cost of the improvement of $34,874.00. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the June 3, 1993 in the City Council Chambers of the City <br />Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall aive mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of May, 1992. <br /> <br />~(J{J <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~~;~lt. <br />Clerk/Admin tar <br />
