<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 13, 1992 <br />Page thirteen <br /> <br />Charitable Gamblin~/Citv ReQuest <br />To authorize the City Staff to request monies from the <br />Columbus Lions Club regarding equipment or for other <br />items deemed necessary for the new municipal facility. <br />Computer Software <br />To authorize the City Staff to purchase a software <br />package from the State of Minnesota to include <br />additional training for a cost not to exceed $350.00. <br />Under~round Tank Removal and Soil Testin~ <br />To authorize the approval to remove the underground <br />tank on City property and have the ground area tested. <br />Lea~ue of Minnesota Cities Annual Conference <br />To authorize City Council members and appropriate Staff <br />to attend the 1992 League of Minnesota Cities Annual <br />Conference. <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Request from the Circle Pines/Lexin~ton Police Deoartment that <br />the City of Centerville Co-Soonsor the Bicycle Rodeo <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Buckbee to authorize City Staff to <br />work with the Circle Pines/Lexington Police Department so that <br />Centerville could be co-sponsor if there is no additional cost <br />for insurance to do so, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to approve the April 29, <br />1992 Centennial Fire District Payment of Claims, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to approve the April 23rd <br />through the May 13, 1992 City of Centerville Payment of Claims, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Buckbee to adjourn the meeting, motion <br />carried unanimously.
