(612)429-3232 <br /> <br />RKSOWTION '92-XX <br />ORDERING PREPARATION 011' REPORT <br />CONTINGENT UPON RECEIPT OF ADEQUATE PETITION <br />FOR IHPROVEHBNT. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting street and sidewalk improvement <br />of Progress Road north of Main Street to Westview Street and <br />Westview Street west from Progress Road to Centerville Road, <br />is pending by the Centennial School District. Upon receipt <br />the City Clerk shall verify that it is signed by the <br />required percentaae of owners of property affected thereby. <br />This verification will be made in conformity to Minnesota <br />Statutes 429.035. <br /> <br />2.
