<br />RESOLUTION 92-xx <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Centerville City Council met it~s regular scheduled <br />meeting date of April 22, 1992; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Centerville City Council discussed the application of <br />the Church of St. Genevieve to operate raffles at the Church <br />of St. Genevieve, 7087 Goiffon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Centerville will waive an investigation of <br />the Church of St. Genevieve; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Church of St. Genevieve appears to take into <br />consideration the best interests of the City of Centerville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY <br />COUNCIL approves the charitable gambling activity of raffles by <br />the Church of St. Genevieve, 7087 Goiffon Road, Centerville; <br /> <br />Subject to the Church of St. Genevieve complying with City <br />Ordinance #51. <br /> <br />Approved by this City Council April 22, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />'"' <br /> <br />~EST: <br />~ /VVl ~~ t' - 71(.$ <br />c erk/Admi~~~~ <br />
