r MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 9, 1992 AT 7:28 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting on December 9, 1992 at the City Hall. Mayor Buckbee called the meeting to order at 7:28 p.m. Council members Wilharber, Pelton and Dario were present. Also present was City Engineer John Stewart and City Clerk/Administrator Ray Siebenaler and Tamara M. Hiltz-Miller. MINUTES Motion by approve following Page Mayor Buckbee, the November 11, correction: Nine, Paragraph meeting dates: second 1992 by City Council member Dario to Council minutes with the One November, December Holiday Now Reads: "...scheduled November 25th City Council meeting to November 23, 1992 due to the close proximity to Thanksgiving, AYE- Buckbee; AYE Burgstahler; AYE- Dario; AYE - Wilharber; NAY - Pelton, motion carried. Amend to Read: "...scheduled November 25, 1992 meeting to November 23, 1992 due to the close proximity to Thanksgiving, AYE- Buckbee; AYE Burgstahler; AYE- Dario; NAY - Pelton, motion carried. the following vote: Mayor Buckbee, Dario. Abstained Council member Motion was approved by Council members Pelton, Wilharber. Motion by Council member Pelton, second by Council member Wilharber to approve the November 23, 1992 City Council minutes. Motion was approved by the following votes: AYE - Mayor Buckbee, Council member Wilharber, Pelton. Abstained - Dario. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Hayor Buckbee recommended that the following items be moved up in this order, Item 6A Des Englund - water connection, 6B Center Hills Third Addition - change orders and Additional Items 1 A, B and C. These items are to be moved so that the City Engineer, John Stewart, can give his presentations concurrently. Mayor Buckbee further recommend that we move the Curtis Burn variance request after the above listed items. ~
