She <br />added that their taxes on the lake are extremely high. <br /> <br />Council member Burgstahler noted there would be nothing to vote <br />on per say, because the City has no jurisdiction as to whether <br />the event could occur or not on Centerville Lake. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to approve the following <br />Consent Agenda Items; <br />Charitable Ga~bling Request - St. Genevieve's Church <br />Approval of waiver of the investigation requirement, <br />investigation fee and approval of the requested <br />licenses pending receipt of the Charitable Gambling <br />fees (one for each request May 27, 1992 and August 16, <br />1992) . <br />City and Lakes Clean-up <br />Authorization for City Staff to order a dumpster for <br />the Rivers and Lakes Clean-up on June 6, 1992. <br />S'Prine Clean-Up <br />Spring Clean-up will not be held in 1992 due to the <br />City of Centerville currently having a full service <br />pick-up at the curb through Lake Sanitation.
