<br />p.m. <br /> <br />thereof the City Council of the <br />regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />Acting Mayor Burgstahler called <br />Present: Pelton, Wilharber. <br /> <br />~ursuant to due call and <br />City of Centerville held <br />March 25, 1992 at the City <br />the meeting order at 7:03 <br />Absent: Buckbee, Daria. <br /> <br />rl() 't i c~ (:; <br />their <br />flail ~ <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to table the March 11, 1992 <br />meeting minutes as the majority of Council members in attendance <br />at the March 11th meeting are not in attendance at this March <br />25th meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Dan Henderson, Centerville Police Liaison to the Circle <br />Pines/Lexington Police Commission <br />Mr. Henderson noted that the Circle Pines/Lexington Police <br />Department will be obtaining a Mobil Data Terminal computer <br />system for one of the patrol vehicles. It was noted that the <br />computers cost approximately $4,400.00 each and Anoka County will <br />be sharing in the cost. Mr. Henderson advised that in the month <br />of February the Circle Pines/Lexington Police Department averaged <br />17.3 hours per day in Centerville. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson also reviewed the Circle Pines/Lexington Police <br />Department Annual Report. A copy of this report is on file with <br />the Clerk/Administrator. In the report it is noted that the <br />Circle Pines/Lexington Police Department assisted the City of <br />Lino Lakes 160 times and the City of Blaine 137 times. <br /> <br />It appeared to be the consensus of the City Council that at the <br />next City Council meeting the police contract or joint powers <br />agreement shall be an agenda item. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to acknowledge receipt of <br />the 1991 Circle Pines/Lexington Police Department Annual Report; <br />it was noted that the report was very informative and well <br />prepared, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Waste Water Collection System <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Burgstahler to table discussion of <br />the Waste Water Collection Inflow/Infiltration Report dated March <br />1992 prepared by Maier, Stewart and Association until such time <br />the City Engineer is present as it appears the City Council does <br />have questions on the report; <br />the City Staff shall contact the two cities mentioned <br />at earlier City Council meetings who have worked toward <br />the elimination of sump pump waters in their sanitary <br />sewer system; <br />the City Staff shall obtain a Lino Lakes City Ordinance <br />regarding sump pumps, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />
