City Council Meeting Minutes Ivlarch 25, 1992 page two Center Oaks I - Ditch The City Staff shall set-up a meeting date with the abutting property owners of the ditch area between Centerville Road and Centerville Lake. The City Staff shall also place the fee schedule for the storm drainage system on the next City Council meeting agenda. Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to advertise for bids for ditch grading and cleaning the drainage way from Center Oaks I to Centerville Lake; the bids shall include a sixty (60) day period in which to accept or reject bids, motion carried unanimously. A letter dated March 25, 1992 cleaning and construction dated Clerk/Administrator. and specifications for ditch March 1992 are on file with the Clearwater Creek Flood Reduction Proiect Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to hire Bruce Malkerson of Pophaim, Haik, program: 1. approve authorization to with the following work Complete analysis of presenting alternative procedures available project. the to proposed complete and the 2. To review the report of the Rice Creek Watershed District's Engineer concerning the project. 3. Discussion with City Officials concerning alternatives that may be available. 4. Response Frank Murray the Rice Creek Watershed District Attorney suggesting a process that may be followed and follow up telephone conversations. the cost of the above service is not to exceed $1,500.00, motion carried unanimously. A copy of the a letter dated March 13, 1992 to Mr. Malkerson from Maier, Stewart and Associates regarding possible opinions on the Clearwater Creek Flood Control Project and a letter dated March 25, 1992 from Bruce Malkerson of Pophaim, Haik, outlining the suggested work program are on file with the Clerk/Administrator. Center Hills II - Reduction Letter of Credit A copy of a letter dated March 17, 1992 regarding the letter of credit for the Center Hills Second Addition by Maier, Stewart and Associates outlining the improvements yet to be installed is on file with the Clerk/Administrator.
