Block 4 - Grading <br />The City Council noted a March 14, 1990 and October 1, 1991 <br />letter to Keith and Diane Harstad advising them of an improper <br />grade on Lot 1, Block 4 Centerville Heights requesting the lot <br />grading be corrected. The property has now been sold to Howard <br />Bohanon Homes who is constructing a building on the site. Due to <br />the building on the lot, correction will now also have to be made <br />on Lot 1, Block 3 Peterson's Old Homestead Addition. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee arrived at the meeting at 8:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to direct City Staff to <br />direct the Building Inspector to red tag (stop construction) the <br />building on Lot 1, Block 4 Centerville Heights until the grading <br />and drainage concerns are corrected; <br />Howard Bohanon Homes shall be requested to prepare a <br />plan to remedy the grading and drainage problem; <br />the City will withhold an Occupancy Permit until such <br />time the drainage and grading concerns have been <br />corrected to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; <br />the City Attorney shall be advised of the situation and <br />appraised of the City Council action; <br />AYE - Burgstahler; AYE - Pelton; AYE - Wilharber; ABSTAIN- <br />Buckbee, motion carried. <br /> <br />Common Grounds Questionnaire <br />The City Council members handed in their rating for the Common <br />Grounds Meeting. <br /> <br />Watertower Park - Park Equipment Installation <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Burgstahler to appoint Dale Larson as <br />the Public Works Employee who shall work with the Park and <br />Recreation Committee and the resident volunteers to oversee the <br />installation of the park equipment on Watertower Park on April <br />25, 1992; <br />the manufacturer shall actually supervise the <br />volunteers and Mr. Larson will oversee the process; <br />Mr. Larson was chosen for this position due to his <br />expertise and closeness to the subject matter, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~AYMEN~ OJ ~~AIM~ <br />
