<br />RESOLUTION 92-xx <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Centerville City Council met it's regular scheduled <br />meeting date of March 25, 1992; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Centerville City Council discussed the application of <br />the Hugo Lions Club to operate pull tabs at the Trio Inn, <br />7082 Centerville Road, and the Waterworks Bar, 7281 Main <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Centerville will conduct an investigation of <br />the Hugo Lions Club; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Hugo Lions Club appears to take into consideration <br />the best interests of the City of Centerville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY <br />COUNCIL approves the charitable gambling activity of pull tabs by <br />the Hugo Lions Club at the Trio Inn and Waterworks Bar; <br /> <br />Subject to the Hugo <br />Ordinance #51. <br /> <br />Lions Club complying with City <br /> <br />Approved by this City Council March 25, 1992. <br /> <br />g Ji <br />// <br />~re ~. <br /> <br />May: r <br /> <br />ATTEST, ~ <br />fL ~' <br />~ 1]/rIl.t14^f1 - V'J <br />Clerk/Admin~ a r ~ <br />
