Pursuant to due call and notice City of Centerville held their March 11, 1992 at the City Hall. meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Absent: Buckbee, Burgstahler. thereof the City Council of the regular meeting on Wednesday, Acting Mayor Pelton called the Present: Daria, Wilharber. MINUTES Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to approve the February 12, 1992 regularly scheduled meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Dario, second by Wilharber to approve the February 13, 1992 working session meeting minutes with the following corrections: Page 1, Paragraph 1 Addition: "Present: Buckbee, Burgstahler, Dario, Pelton, Wilharber." Page 1, Paragraph 6 Now Reads: "Council member Wilharber noted that the Report estimates that the remodeling of the existing City Hall would cost approximately $78,000.00. If new City Hall facilities are estimated to be 1,200 square feet at $61.00 per square foot the cost for the new building $73,000.00. Mr. Wilharber also noted that the economics of a separate facility for the City and the Fire Department training room at this time is not feasible." Amend to Read: "Council member Burgstahler noted that the Report estimates that the remodeling of the existing City Hall would cost approximately $78,000.00. - If new City Hall facilities are estimated to be 1,200 square feet at $61.00 per square foot the cost for the new building $73,000.00. Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to approve the February 26, 1992 regularly scheduled meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Dario, second by Wilharber to approve the February 27, 1992 Anoka County Community Development Block Grant Program public hearing meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously.
