A copy of the Special Use Permit request is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. Public Works Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to direct City staff to place an advertisement in appropriate publications as per the draft advertisement presented to the City Council at this meeting; -the draft job description for the full time public works position is approved with the addition of City Council comments, motion carried unanimously. A copy of the advertisement and the job description are on file with the Clerk/Administrator. Tree City Proiram It was suggested that a Tree Ordinance be the Planning and Zoning Commission and Committee. drafted and reviewed by the Park and Recreation It was noted that any tree monies should be made a part of the public works budget, but kept as a separate fund. Motion by Pelton, second by Dario to direct City staff to draft a municipal tree ordinance and continue to also pursue the other requirements of becoming a Tree City; -Council member Pelton will serve as the Centerville Tree Liaison; motion carried unanimously.
