I do not think we have a need (cost factor) <br />to continue to operate this building. <br /> <br />-Sale of Park Land on Cedar Street - That property is of <br />little value to the citizens of Centerville due to its <br />location on the edge of the City and also next to the <br />industrial park area. The sale to adjoining property <br />owner would best service the City. <br />
