He advised that cost depends <br />on how much outside assistance the City would request and that <br />the City Council would have ultimate control with regard to <br />expenditures. He advised that he would like to encourage the <br />Star City Program and that he felt that the time and effort would <br />be well time spent. <br /> <br />Council membe~ Dario noted that becoming a Star City may be <br />important at this time.
