He advised that cost depends on how much outside assistance the City would request and that the City Council would have ultimate control with regard to expenditures. He advised that he would like to encourage the Star City Program and that he felt that the time and effort would be well time spent. Council membe~ Dario noted that becoming a Star City may be important at this time. He noted that some of the progress of the City to date to build on could be the expansion of city water and sewer and now the municipal building plans. !VIi::\YClt. Operator noting: that the City of Centerville does have equipment and should be taking advantage with regard to broadcasting regularly scheduled meetings to the residents; the ad shall explain ages required; that there is no experience necessary and that training is available~ motion carried unanimously.
