<br />Pursuant to due call and notice <br />City of Centerville held their <br />January 8, 1992 at the City <br />meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Wilharber. Absent: Burgstahler. <br /> <br />thereof the City Council of the <br />regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />Hall. Mayor Buckbee called the <br />Present: Dario, Pelton, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to approve the December 3, <br />1991 Supplemental Budget Hearing meeting minutes, AYE - Dario; <br />AYE - Pelton; AYE - Wilharber; ABSTAIN - Buckbee. <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Wilharber to approve the December 11, <br />1991 regularly scheduled meeting minutes, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to approve the December 23, <br />1991 regularly scheduled meeting minutes with the addition that <br />it should would read with the following amendment: <br />Page Two, Paragraph One <br />Now Reads: <br /> <br />II . . . Building <br />1991. . . II <br /> <br />Inspector, <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />xxxx xx, <br /> <br />Amend to Read: <br /> <br />".. .Building Inspector, dated November 22, <br />1991. . . II <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Center Hills First Addition <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to adopt Resolution 91-1 <br />accepting a petition from Gerald Rehbein (R & R <br />Leasing) to reassess the Center Hills, First Addition <br />Project as the dollar amount expended is less than that <br />assessed; <br />- a public hearing date for re-assessment of the Center <br />Hills First Addition will be February 12, 1992, 7:00 <br />p.m. at the Centerville City Hall, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Munici~al Wefl <br />John Stewart~ City Engineer was available to answers questions <br />and concerns, regarding a second municipal well. Mr. Stewart <br />advised thatl it is very important that the site plan for the well <br />correspond to the municipal building site plan. Mr. Stewart <br />pointed out 'that a public hearing would not be necessary for the <br />project and that some of the information in the feasibility study <br />could already be addressed in the Centerville Municipal Water <br />Master Plan. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Buckbee to direct Maier, Stewart and <br />Associates to put together information for the second municipal <br />
