Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to appoint the Quad Community Press as the Centerville Legal Newspaper for 1992, motion carried unanimously. 1992 Appointments Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to approve Resolution #92- 03 with regard to the 1992 City of Centerville Appointments, motion carried unanimously. Fee Structure Resolution #92-04 It was suggested that the Clerk/Administrator review fee structure to add all and any other fees appropriate and to contact the Park and Recreation see if they would like to add any additional fees to to change the 50% Park Dedication Fee reallocation. the proposed which may be Committee to the list and Consent Aa:enda Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to approve the following Consent Agenda items: Art of Public Leadershi~ Seminar The Council approves attendance of City Council members to this seminar. Special Use Permit Renewals The Council approves the renewal of the following Special Use Permits: Centerville Plaza Living Waters Lutheran Church Eagle Trucking Accessory Research Auto Body Arcade Concrete motion carried unanimously. Storm onraina€fe Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to direct City Staff to obtain a permit from the Rice Creek Water Shed for the construction of a drainage way on the Almendinger property to correct the Henderson Drainage Concern, motion carried unanimously.
