Pursuant City of November to order absent: to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the Centerville held their regular meeting on Monday, 23, 1992 at City Hall. Mayor Buckbee called the meeting at 7:05 p.m. Present: Wilharber, Pelton, Burgstahler; Dario. Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to approve the October 27, 1992 meeting minutes with the following amendment: page one, paragraph one: now reads: ..... Acting Mayor Burgstahler called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Present: Wilharber, Pelton, Dario...... aye: Burgstahler, Pelton, Wilharber; abstain: Buckbee, motion carried. Motion by Buckbee, second by Pelton to approve the October 28, 1992 meeting minutes with the following amendment: page four, paragraph two: now reads: Lake Sanitation would provide 50% of the monies to match the grant monied provided by the Metropolitan Council. ..... amend to read: ..... - Funding for the project will be provided by Lake Sanitation and the Metropolitan Council. ..... page five, paragraph one: now reads: contingent upon: the costs for the 50% matching monies and costs for the project be absorbed by Lake Sanitation. ..... amend to read: ..... contingent upon: - No cost being incurred by the City of Centerville with regard to the grant program. ..... page seven, paragraph four: now reads: .....
