Rice Creek Watershed District Bill - En~ineerin~ Report Council member Burgstahler updated the City Council regarding a telephone conversation he had with Rice Creek Watershed District Board Member Wade Savage. Burgstahler advised that although a definite decision has not been made, the District appears to be willing to consider flexibility on the bill.
