Per Ordinance #8, Section 38.01-7 4., the developer <br />may request in writing that the City plow the streets. It <br />further states that the developer will be charged for this <br />service. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to direct staff to <br />contact Gerald Rehbein, Developer of the Center Hills, <br />Third Addition and advise him that City snow plowing <br />services are to be requested in writing; <br />- the Developer shall reimburse the City at a rate which is <br />mutually agreeable; <br />- the City shall request a release of liability from the <br />Developer; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Rice Creek Watershed District Bill - En~ineerin~ Report <br />Council member Burgstahler updated the City Council regarding a <br />telephone conversation he had with Rice Creek Watershed District <br />Board Member Wade Savage. Burgstahler advised that although a <br />definite decision has not been made, the District appears to be <br />willing to consider flexibility on the bill. <br />
