Mayor Buckbee noted that one of the Wynn.s driveways encroach upon the City property. Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber that the drainage concern should be temporarily fixed now and that the concern shall be permanently addressed next spring", when weather conditions are more favorable; Al Mjorud and/or Gilbert Construction shall clarify to the City Council their plans regarding both the temporary and permanent correction measures; motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Office Furniture Council member Wilharber noted that the current City Hall office furniture could be updated with electro static spraying. He noted that the costs would be $42 for a desk, $32 for a four drawer file and $37 for a five drawer file. Council members Pelton and Burgstahler suggested waiting to consider this option until after the move to the new building. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS Council member Burgstahler noted that the dirt has not been removed from creek area on the Stevens Property on 7007 20th Avenue South. He further noted that the pile of dirt appears to have gotten larger. He would like to see the City provide appropriate notice and be prepared to follow through. Council member Wilharber questioned whether the dirt pile is now larger and suggested that the City double check to be sure. Staff will investigate this concern. NEW BUSINESS Consent Ajlenda Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to approve the following consent agenda items: - Set the assessment hearing date for the Wegleitner water extension to be December 9, 1992 or as appropriate. - Set the assessment hearing date for the Englund Water Extension to be December 9, 1992 or as appropriate. - Certify 7082 Progress Road for non pavment of costs incurred by the City of Centerville for a storm drainage issue; the cost incurred by the City is $45.00; a $25.00 fee will be added for the cost of certification to Anoka County.
