Motion by Pelton, second by Burgstahler to direct City staff to investigate with the property owner the feasibility of entering into a purchase agreement with a 120 day option and $200 in earnest monies; staff has the flexibility to negotiate to a 90 day option and/or $500 in earnest monies if necessary, motion carried unanimously. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS Water Drainaee Concern - 1862 Main Street Connie and Stephen Wynn, 1862 Main Street submitted a letter dated November 11, 1992 to the City Council outlining a drainage concern that has occurred since the construction and ground work of the new Municipal Building has taken place. A copy of this letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator.
