Clerk/Administrator Negotiations with Candidate Mayor Buckbee advised the City Council that negotiations with Ray Siebenaler for the position of the Centerville Clerk/Administrator appear to be going very well. Community DeveloDment Block Grant Funding The City Council asked that this issue be placed on a future agenda, to include the dollar amount allocated to Centerville. Part Time Clerical - Extension of Em9loyment Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton that per recommendation of the Deputy Clerk, Mona Espe's position as time clerical shall be extended through December 31, 1992 cost not to exceed $715.00, motion carried unanimously. the part for a PAYMENT OF CLAIMS Motion by Buckbee, second by Burgstahler to approve the payment of claims of the City of Centerville; with the adjustment of the final pay estimate to Ro-So Contracting, Inc. for the Center Hills, Second Addition from $37,441.93 to $33,441.93 as agreed upon earlier in the meeting;
