<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 28, 1992 <br />page nine <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee recognized the liaisons working on the Acorn Creek <br />subcommittee, but requested input on the process. <br /> <br />Council member Burgstahler suggested that Mayor Buckbee take his <br />place on the subcommittee. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee will do so, time permitting. <br /> <br />Animal Control Ordinance <br />The City Council reviewed the newly adopted animal ordinance of <br />the City of Circle Pines. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber advised that he would like to look at <br />other cities ordinances regarding animal control, as he felt the <br />Circle Pines animal ordinance may be to restrictive for <br />Centerville. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to table further <br />discussion of an amended animal control ordinance until examples <br />from other cities can be reviewed by the Council, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Re8ional Park Nature Center - Ground Breakina <br />Council member Wilharber noted that he attended the Regional Park <br />Nature Center ground breaking in the Regional Chain of Lakes <br />County Park adjacent to Centerville. <br /> <br />He noted that a bald eagle was on display and that a paragon <br />falcon was released in the park. <br /> <br />Wilharber also noted that in his conversations <br />officials, it appeared that Anoka County was <br />interchange at the Main Street and 35W crossing. <br /> <br />with County <br />pursuing an <br /> <br />Acorn Creek - Assessment Roll Ado~tion <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to adopt <br />roll for the municipal sewer and water extension <br />Creek, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />the assessment <br />through Acorn <br /> <br />A copy of the assessment <br />Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />roll <br /> <br />is on file with the <br /> <br />Tanker - Installation of Warnina Liahts <br />The City Council expressed confusion as to the need for lights on <br />the tanker. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Buckbee to table the approval of a <br /> <br />" <br />
