<br />page two -City Council <br />meeting minutes - <br />November 9, 198] <br /> <br />Certificate of Real Estate Value on the Raven Industrial <br />Park was discussed. Taking figures for property described <br />on the certificate brings the park fee figure to $],484. <br />Clerk will advise Glen Rehbein Excavating by letter and <br />place matter on next meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Clerk to contact Mickey Kost to get one load of Class 2 <br />for placement where city truck is housed. <br /> <br />Bids for snow plowing tabled until next meeting because <br />clerk has received only one bid. <br /> <br />Discussion held on development contract between City and <br />developers of Royal Meadows. Questions on trees to be <br />planted for buffer zone; which will be Russian Olives and <br />Honeysuckle, 6-8' trees. Engineer to check on landscaping <br />bid. Developer goes on record requesting removal of <br />sentence in Article Two - "That furthermore Developer <br />shall be granted no building permits for construction of <br />homes within said plat prior to acceptable arrangements <br />being made for the drainage of storm waters over property <br />to the north owned by Albert L'Allier". Article Eleven <br />first sentence is completed as follows: "The Developer <br />shall commence construction and have completed all <br />imp~ovements required under the terms of this agreement <br />on or before June 15, 1984". Developer wo uld have to <br />file with clerk a grading bond of $16,200. before <br />commencing on ground/grading. A bond of $210,000. for <br />utility installation is to be filed with clerk before <br />such work commences. City Attorney is to set up meeting <br />with Mr. Al L'Allier, his attorney, Robert Houle and <br />his attorney, Roy~l Meadows developers and their attorney, <br />City Engineer and any councilmen if they can attend to <br />discuss drainage problem. <br /> <br />Fire Chief requeBted 5x7 pictures of firemen be put up <br />in fire hall. Motion by Zimny, second by Wilharber to <br />authorize fire chief to purchase a pager and charger <br />amplifier, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Baumann, second by Wilharber to pay current <br />claims, motion carried. Copy of current receipts and <br />disbursements is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Baumann, second by Zimny to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:]0 PM. <br /> <br />
