<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held a public hearing on Wednesday, August <br />22, 1984 in City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the meeting to <br />order at 6:)0 PM. Present: Ayers, Baumann, Wilharber, <br />Zimny. <br /> <br />The purpose of the public hearing was to discuss the <br />vacation of a portion of Westview Street north of Lot 6, <br />Block ), Centervill'e and north of Clearwater Road. <br /> <br />Comments were heard from Mr. Underwood, 7128 Progress Road. <br /> <br />Matter to be discussed further at the council meeting, August 22, <br />1984, 7.00 PM. <br /> <br />Motion by Ay;rs, second by Wilharber to close the pUblic <br />hearing, motion carried. <br /> <br />Hearing adjourned at 6:50 PM. <br />
