J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON STREET VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition of property owners for the vacation of <br />that portion of Westview Street north of Lot 6, Block 3, <br />Centerville and north of Clearwater Road (as vacated) was <br /> <br />received on July 18 , 1984. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville, Minnesota, that the City Council will <br />consider the vacation of such street and a public hearing shall <br />be held on such proposed vacation on the 22nd day of <br />August , 1984, before the City Council in the City Hall <br />at 6'Jo p.m., and the clerk shall give two weeks published <br />and posted notice. <br />Adopted by the City Council this <br />1984. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />day of August <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~ 12, Y ~~ <br /> <br />(i)L J!.-~ <br />
