<br />page two - City Council <br />meeting minutes - <br />May ~, 1984 <br /> <br />After considerable discussion and five minute recess, motion <br />by Ayers, second by L'Allier to bring the original motion <br />by Zimny back to the floor approving the Special Use Permit <br />with the stipulation that MCr work out negotiations with the <br />adjoining property owners for a damage settlement on the <br />current location within seven days from this date and if no <br />agreement can be made, the site will be moved 660' more or <br />less south of the present location, roll call taken; Ayers, <br />aye; Baumann, aye; Wilharber, aye; Zimny, aye; L'Allier, <br />aye; motion carried. <br /> <br />City Engineer presented council with estimate on repairing <br />Mill Road, Center Street and Peltier Lake Drive. No decision <br />made on estimate. Council believes they can have either <br />Lino Lakes maintenance, Anoka County or private contractor <br />do the job at a cheaper rate and not so extensive. <br /> <br />Zimny presented council with diagram Showing Leibel proposed <br />fence on Centerville Lake, the moving of a post by lift <br />station and posmtion of a gate placed by City. Motion by <br />Zimny, second by L'Allier that request from Mr. Leibel <br />on getting a fence estimate and city getting estimate on <br />position of a gate and moving the one post by the lift <br />station is acceptable, Baumann, nay; Wilharber, abstain, <br />motion carried. Copy of diagram is attached to and made <br />a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Baumann to approve current <br />claims, motion carried. Copy of current receipts and <br />disbursements is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
