<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday <br />December 12, 1984 at City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the <br />meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Present: Ayers, Baumann, <br />Zimny, Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Wilharber to approve the minutes of <br />the November 28, 1984 meeting, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br />Greg Bernier, 1751 Peltier <br />of asphalt scraped off the <br />piled up by the end of his <br />of that. <br /> <br />Ayers received request <br />Lake Drive, to pick up <br />road by the plow, that <br />driveway. Harvey will <br /> <br />from <br />pieces <br />he had <br />take care <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: Officer in charge, Dave Zerwas, presented problems <br />his officers were having with MAPSI. He said Lino Lakes uses <br />White Bear Animal Control with no problems. MAPSI was sent <br />a letter 12-5-84 by the clerk. To date no response from them. <br /> <br />Discussion on the Joint Powers Fire Agreement Amendment. <br />Clerk wll set up a meeting with Circle Pines and Lino Lakes <br />to resolve a problem with Section VIII on the 15% depreciation <br />expense paid. <br /> <br />No member found for the Joint Powers Fire Commission yet. <br /> <br />Motion by Zimny, second by Wilharber to appoint Marie Winn <br />as Centerville's representative to the District Memorial <br />Hospital Board, motion carrmd. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Baumann to appoint Mary Ann Thill <br />as alternate to the District Memorial Hospital Board if <br />needed, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clerk will send thank you letters to the people who showed <br />interest in serving on the District Memorial Hospital Board. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Wilharber to amend Ordinance #16 <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />"No vehicle except that of an emergency vehicle, <br />shall be parked between 3:00 A.M. to 7:00 A.M. <br />o~clock, and no vehicle shall in any case be <br />parked upon any street in anyone place for a <br />longer continuous period than 24 hours.," <br /> <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Clerk will request that Castle Design and Development Co. <br />meet with the City Council and the City Attorney at the next <br />council meeting to discuss obtaining easements along Clearwater <br />Creek for the purpose of abtainin~ a permit from the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District for Pelt~er Lake Hills Addition #2. <br /> <br />Clerk will send a letter to Rice Creek Watershed District <br />to notify them we 'received their letter dated Novmber 30, <br />1984 and we are taking it under advisement. <br />
