<br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />Page eight <br />September 28, 1988 <br /> <br />Neumann will meet with the City Engineer on October 11, 1988 to <br />inspect the project. <br /> <br />Clerk advised that the developer has <br />versus cashing in the letter of <br />acceptable to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />submitted a <br />credit and <br /> <br />$30,000 escrow <br />that this is <br /> <br />Clerk and City Engineer updated the Council on permanent weight <br />restriction signs. It appears that it will be necessary to put <br />up a weight limit sign on each street in order to effectively <br />enforce the restrictions. <br /> <br />It was agreed that October 19 <br />acceptable dates to meet with Lino <br />Fire Station #3. <br /> <br />and October 25, 1988 would be <br />Lakes regarding the proposed <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Neumann to accept the <br />Centerville Economic Development Task Force request to sent out a <br />City wide survey and to appropriate the necessary funds to do so, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Burgstahler to direct the City <br />Clerk to investigate the upfront cost to construct a City <br />Development Policy Manual, to include the possibility of the <br />Planner and/or Debbie Gonsior putting together the manual, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Fritchie to adopt Resolution <br />#88-62 certifying the delinquent sewer service billings under <br />code #819; persons who pay the delinquent billings prior to <br />October 6, 1988 will be deleted from the list, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to appoint Bill Bruen as <br />Chairperson to the Centennial Fire District Commission for the <br />1989 year, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Fritchie to direct the City Clerk to <br />contact Dan Kelley, Principal of the Centerville Elementary <br />School, requesting that he attend the October 12, 1988 City <br />Council meeting; the Council will inquire about the possibility <br />of bussing students within the one mile radius if a resident <br />choses to pay for this, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Burgstahler to accept the current <br />payment of claims, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Fritchie to adjourn the meeting, <br />motion carried unanimously.
