Meeting Minutes
page three
September 20, 1988

Clerk also noted that later in the afternoon Briggs returned for
the check advising that Keith Harstad did not approve of this
agreement. Clerk advised that drawing of the letter of credit is
being pursued, but due to the lack of expertise with regard to
improvements on the property and due to the number legal
questions that have been arising, Clerk requests that the City
Engineer and City Attorney be allowed to continue with the issue,
versus the City Clerk as the primary contact. It appeared that
the consensus of the Council was to allow the City Engineer and
City Attorney (keeping the Clerk informed) to pursue the matter
in the best interest of the City of Centerville.

Motion by Neumann, second by Burgstahler to adjourn the meeting,
motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

l~lq~~

Clerk/Administrator
