<br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />page eight <br />September 14, 1988 <br /> <br />the September 28, 1988 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Fritchie to give authorization <br />to the City Engineer to sign all necessary water permits to sent <br />to the appropriate agencies for review regarding the proposed <br />Hardwood Ponds Estates, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion of grading permit. It was felt that this could be <br />handled administratively with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />Discussion of Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation of <br />MUSA extension for the proposed Acorn Creek development, the <br />proposed Centerhill development and the north 1/2 of the proposed <br />Hardwood Pond Estates. Clerk advised that the Planner <br />recommendation is to wait until the entire Economic Development <br />Plan is complete to request any MUSA extensions. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Neumann to not follow through on <br />the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br />request MUSA extensions for the proposed Acorn Creek development, <br />the proposed Centerhill development, and the north 1/2 of the <br />proposed Hardwood Pond Estates development, until the City <br />Economic Development Plan is completed by the City Planners; this <br />item will be tabled until a date in the future after the <br />completed plan has been presented to and accepted by the City <br />Council, aye: Fritchie, Burgstahler, Neumann; abstain: <br />L'Allier. <br /> <br />Mayor L'Allier noted that his abstention was due to a family <br />relationship with one of the developments. <br /> <br />City Clerk will contact Richard Chromey (Centerhill) and Mort <br />Huber (Acorn Creek) when the proposed MUSA extension is again on <br />the City Council agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Fritchie to adopt Resolution #88-55 <br />to adopt the assessment roll for the Short Street Sewer Extension <br />Improvement #88-1, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Fritchie to adopt Resolution <br />#88-56 to amend Resolution #88-41 as follows: <br />-Section 1. 2. from $15.00 to $65.00, <br />3. from $15.00 to $35.00, <br />-Section 2. 2. from $20.00 to $35.00; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion of the final acceptance of the 1987 Street <br />Reconstruction Improvement #87-1.
