<br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />Page three <br />August 31, 1988 <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Neumann that per the <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, application <br />will be sent to the Metropolitan Council for rezoning of the <br />south ten acres of the area proposed as Hardwood Pond Estates <br />residential development, from B-1 (Commercial) to R-2A (High <br />Density - Single Family Residential - Sewered), motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Burgstahler to permit Gerry Rehbein, <br />developer for the proposed Hardwood Ponds residential development <br />to hire the City (who would direct the City Engineer) to install <br />the improvements on the south 10 acres of the proposed <br />development (developer pays all upfront monies); contingent upon <br />him signing a waiver that he does recognize that the City is <br />investigating the possibility of City policy to require City <br />installed improvements of developers, and that if the City were <br />to adopt this policy before the north half of the proposed <br />development were approved, he would recognize this policy (the <br />City would bond for the improvements), motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Burgstahler to adopt Resolution <br />#88-51 providing for enforcement of adopted Ordinance #46 <br />regulating permanent and temporary weight restrictions within the <br />City of Centerville, until such time Ordinance #46 is published, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk noted a letter <br />removed to facilitate a <br />not be replaced on Lot <br />Addition.
