PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS City Council acknowledged letter from Mike Habas, 7167 Shad Avenue, which complained of the Centerville "No Parking between 3:00 a.m. and 7 a.m." ordinance with reference to a parking ticket that he received during that time period. A copy of this letter is attached to and made a part of these minutes. NEW BUSINESS City Council acknowledged August 30, 1988 meeting of Centerville and Peltier Lake Associations. Motion by Fritchie, second by Wilharber to hold the second and third City budget meetings September 20, 1988 and October 18, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. at the Centerville City Hall, motion carried unanimously. Council member Wilharber recommended that discussion of a liaison for the City Engineer be discussed at an October City Council meeting.
