<br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />Page Two <br />July 1.3, 1988 <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann that the date of the <br />minutes should be corrected from June 8, 1988 to June 22, 1988 <br />and to table approval of the June 22, 1988 minutes until a quorum <br />of Council members able to vote on this approval would be <br />present, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Discussion of violation to Ordinance #4, Article 3, Section <br />32.01-3 and possible violation of Ordinance #4, TABLE A, SCHEDULE <br />OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS PERMITTED AND SPECIAL USES, B-1 <br />Commercial District at 6923 Tourville Circle. <br /> <br />Dawn Sperry, 6913 Tourville Circle submitted a letter of <br />complaint and spoke negatively of the operation on the property. <br />The letter of complaint is on file with the City Clerk. Mike <br />Dunn, 6907 Tourville Circle was also present to express negative <br />comments toward the operations on the property. <br /> <br />Mike Massie, 6923 Tourville Circle (renter) spoke in defense of <br />the nursery plants that are currently stored on the property and <br />agreed to remove them by November 1, 1988. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Wilharber that Mike Massie, renter <br />at 6923 Tourville Circle will submit a letter to the City Council <br />agreeing that: <br />-no other nursery stock will be brought on the property; <br />-all plants will be removed no later than November 1, 1988; <br />-no vehicle larger than a pickup truck and trailer will be <br />used at the property, including transportation of plant <br />materials from 6923 Tourville Circle to their new <br />location; <br />-no further violation of Ordinance #4, Article 3 with regard <br />to Home Occupations; <br />-commercial operations will not be conducted on the <br />property; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Wilharber to table City Installed <br />Improvements until 4/5 of the Council can be present and the City <br />Attorney can supply sample policy information from other cities, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion of feasibility study by Maier, Stewart and Associates, <br />Inc. for the proposed Rehbein developments north (east of Shad <br />Avenue) and south (east of Brian Drive) of Main Street. <br /> <br />Clerk noted that an acceptable sketch plan has not been submitted <br />for the proposed development north of Main Street. Clerk also <br />noted that costs incurred for the City Planner report went over <br />$500. The City Planner recommends that $500 be collected for ~ <br />
