Clerk noted that at the <br />June 22, 1988 meeting Gerry Rehbein agreed to pay any additional <br />cost of the Planner Report if the Council would allow him to pay <br />one $500 escrow to encompass both proposed developments. <br /> <br />John Stewart, City Engineer advised that there will be sufficient <br />fire flow from the municipal water system. He also noted that a <br />revised sketch plan could be submitted to the Planning and Zoning <br />at their August 2, 1988 meeting. <br /> <br />Des Englund, 7081 Brian Drive asked questions and expressed <br />concern over both developments. <br /> <br />All Council members present expressed concern over the proposed <br />south development. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann to acknowledge receipt of <br />the Feasibility Study for Sanitary Sewer, Municipal Water, Storm <br />Drainage and Street Construction dated June 30, 1988 for the <br />proposed Rehbein developments north and south of Main Street, <br />prepared by Maier, Stewart and Associates, Inc., motion carried <br />unanimously. . <br /> <br />A copy of the above feasibility study is on file with the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Wilharber to direct City Planners, <br />Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc. to take action to extend <br />the MUSA boundary to the northern six acres of the proposed <br />Rehbein project north of Main Street (east of Shad Avenue and <br />west of Royal Meadows); after the City of Centerville receives <br />the balance of the monies due from Gerry Rehbein for the Planner <br />Report; and after receipt of escrow monies from Gerry Rehbein for <br />Planners estimated cost of attempting to obtain the additional <br />six acre MUSA, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Wilharber to table the issue of <br />street and water main over sizing until full Council is present, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Wilharber that per the <br />recommendation of the City Engineer, Resolution #88-45 will be <br />adopted to instruct the City Engineer to receive bids for Short <br />Street Sewer Extension Improvement #88-1, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City Engineers advised that the bids would be available at the <br />July 27, 1988 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann that per the request of <br />
