<br />Meeting Minutes <br />Page Five <br />June 8, 1988 <br /> <br />contingent upon City Building Inspector not finding a suitable <br />solution, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Burgstahler to direct the City <br />Clerk to work with the City Attorney to look into a possible <br />amendment to Ordinance #4 to require a conditional use permit for <br />ballfields on residential property in Centerville, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by L'Allier <br />to look into the possibility of signs <br />City which read to the effect of: "Drive <br />children", motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />to direct the City Clerk <br />at the entrances to the <br />safely and protect our <br /> <br />Council member Fritchie updated the Council on the road tour, <br />taken before this City Council meeting, of the 1987 Street <br />Reconstruction. Persons who were present on the road tour were: <br />Fritchie, Wilharber, John Stewart City Engineer, and Dave <br />Thompson Engineering Inspector. Wilharber will present the <br />Clerk with a list of items to be taken care of. <br /> <br />Clerk will write a letter to residents at 7261 Mill Road <br />instructing them to clean up the portion of Mill Road which abuts <br />their property. Clean up is necessary becauseof the construction <br />on their property. <br /> <br />Clerk will write a letter to resident at 7135 Shad advising that <br />garbage is picked up on Fridays and request that they put out <br />their garbage accordingly.
